Does the Life You’ve Built Actually Support You?
October 22 @ 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

Think about the life you’ve built over the years. Your career, relationships, responsibilities, routines, and everything that fills your days.
How much of it still reflects what matters to you today?
Our lives change gradually. We take on new responsibilities, develop routines, adjust to circumstances, and make decisions based on what life requires of us at the time.
Eventually, we may find that some of those arrangements no longer fit our priorities, needs, or the life we want to lead.
Join me for Day 10 of 30 Resources in 30 Days, where we’ll explore how the lives we build influence our well-being, energy, and sense of fulfillment.
During this 15 to 20-minute livestream, we’ll talk about:
- How our everyday choices, responsibilities, and routines shape our lives over time
- Why things that worked for us in the past may need to change
- How to recognize what’s supporting us and what’s creating unnecessary difficulty
- Making more room for the people, activities, and priorities that matter
- Small, realistic adjustments that can help us create a more supportive everyday life
I’ll also introduce Build a Life That Supports You, a free guided challenge designed to help you reflect on your current life, identify what’s working, and explore changes that better align with what you want.
Whether you’re feeling stretched by your responsibilities or simply wondering whether the life you’ve built still fits the person you’ve become, you’re welcome to join the conversation.
